Celebrating Quinn Matthew's Impact at Tech Turn Up

At Tech Turn Up, we are fortunate to work with educators who bring passion, creativity, and a deep commitment to helping young people discover their potential. One of those educators is Quinn Matthew.

Since joining Tech Turn Up in March, Quinn has made a meaningful impact on the students and communities we serve. Her unique combination of educational experience, technology expertise, and genuine care for young people has helped create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and growth.

Quinn holds a Bachelor of Health Science and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems. As both a science and technology educator, she has worked with students from diverse backgrounds and understands the importance of making technology accessible, relevant, and engaging for all learners.

During her time with Tech Turn Up, Quinn served as a Lead STEAM Instructor, helping students explore technology through art and hands-on projects that encouraged creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Whether students were encountering technology for the first time or building upon existing skills, Quinn created welcoming learning environments where every young person felt supported and empowered to learn.

One of the qualities we appreciate most about Quinn is her ability to connect with students who may have had little or no previous exposure to STEAM opportunities. Through her patience, encouragement, and enthusiasm, she helped students see themselves as creators, problem-solvers, and future innovators.

Her commitment to educational equity and her passion for expanding access to technology align closely with Tech Turn Up's mission of creating a learning journey where young people discover who they can become through technology, art, storytelling, and innovation.

We are incredibly grateful for Quinn's contributions and the positive impact she has had on our students, families, and programs. While we will miss having her with us this summer, we are excited to see what comes next in her educational and technology journey.
